IMPACT ALLIANCE

This initiative aims to reduce loneliness by building more connected communities across the West of England through culture and creativity. The Society’s funding has been specifically allocated to support Global Majority Elders in the region, in line with our focus on older people.

Creative activities will take place in a wide range of settings, including community centres, shopping centres, churches, village halls, pubs and even train stations. These will include music, theatre, storytelling, visual arts, movement, photography and creative writing. Each community will shape its own programme, choosing the activities that matter most to them and how they are delivered locally.
